My apartment in via Ferruccio is a finished apartment of about 90 square meters: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hall, kitchen and a terrace. I remember that to access the kitchen and the terrace there are three steps (see the photos posted). All the comforts: Air conditioning, heating, internet, TV. It can accommodate 4 people + 2. Well connected with public transport, subway and services.
The Via Ferruccio apartment is located on the top floor (sixth) with a beautiful terrace in an apartment building in the heart of Rome, in the Rione Esquilino.
Completely renovated and furnished, the apartment is composed of:

Guests can use all the rooms of the apartment with the exception of the bedroom (not mentioned in the description of the apartment) reserved for the owner used for maintenance, infrastructure and technical tools for the home.

Remember that the contribution of stay provided by the Municipality of Rome for stays from 01/09/2014 is € 3.50 per day for a maximum of 10 days per person is NOT included in the prices of the stay and is to be paid at check-out. For long-term stays (more than 10 nights) house cleaning (excluding cookware and dishes) is provided on a weekly basis at a cost of € 70.00 which is NOT included in the prices of the stay and is to be paid at the end of the individual service. The apartment has two beds in each bedroom; the fifth and sixth person will have the extra bed one in each room. Accommodation for up to two guests on booking will be in a room with twin beds. The second room will be used by the third guest in the reservation. In the case of two guests who each want a room there is a supplement of € 30 per night to be paid in cash at check-in. Check-in takes place between 16:00 and 20:00 for check-in requests after 20:00 an additional amount of € 35.00 will be requested, after 24:00 € 50.00 to be paid in cash at check-in. Check-out is before 09:30 am. Upon arrival you will be asked for the necessary registration documents.
