Description of the spaces
The apartment, of about 85 square meters in total, of which 60 are internal and 15 are terraced, is located on the ground floor of a stately building. Access is possible both via a short downhill staircase and through a convenient private elevator with a key, which leads directly to the accommodation, ensuring convenience and confidentiality.
The rooms, furnished with modern materials and clean lines, are designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay. The living room with kitchenette is bright and welcoming thanks to two large windows. Here there is space for a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed, a smart TV, large drawers and a dining table ideal for four people. The air conditioning makes the environment pleasant in every season.
One of the windows leads to the private terrace, a quiet corner where you can enjoy breakfast, have lunch outside or simply relax breathing the atmosphere of Rome, away from the chaos but in the center of the city.
The kitchenette is fully equipped and offers everything you need to cook independently, including a traditional oven and microwave, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle and toaster, as well as a basic kitchen kit.
The double bedroom is spacious and with attention to detail. It has a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and lamps, a very large mirrored wardrobe, armchair, window, heating and air conditioning, creating an intimate and relaxing environment.
Next to the room is the modern and functional bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, hairdryer and courtesy set.
The apartment also offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property and a washing machine. On request, a crib for babies is available at a cost of 10 euros per night.
