"Adorable suite in gorgeous, historic home with its own parking, entrance & porch sitting area. Immaculately decorated, ultra clean and very quiet (except for a short train that passes at night). This place is a steal and the hosts are super responsive. It has the largest tub I’ve ever seen in my life, and it’s set up like a spa with soaps and crystals. Highly recommend. "

"Kitchen had every thing you could possibly need for cooking and baking. Was a shortage of spoons, no kitchen dish towels or dish cloths, 1 trash bag was not enough for a 5 day stay. Coffee pot takes awhile but it will make coffee. Fridge very cold, enough to freeze salad mix, be wary of the bottom drawer. Huge pantry, no light maybe bulb burnt out. Some gnats in almost every room, fly swats are in pantry. Big dinning room plenty of seating. Table legs a bit wobbly, dollar general down the street...

"Gentle Villa Retreat is a wonderful place to host a group. Our group of 27 ladies enjoyed the place, especially the pool and the hot tub. We had a movie night all in one room. We were able to all sit down an eat together and the same room was used for some group activities. The biggest thing was that there was enough parking. "

"This lake house had everything we needed. It was my husband and I, our 4 kids plus 2 friends for the kids. This lake house had it all. It didn't matter if it was raining outside the house had everything we could have ever wanted. The lake was so peaceful I was able to not worry about the older kids taking kayaks out. It's a dream vacation if you want to just get away from the city. I loved every second, I can't wait to come back."
