"the hotel was lovely from the moment we arrived. Smelt beautiful. the bar area is cute. Very good area, lots of bars, shops and food places near by. the room was lovely, would stay again 100%"

"The rooms were very large, the ensuite was clean and toiletries were provided. The only suggestion would be for the floorboards in the room above Sopwell (ground floor) to be screwed down as these were squeaky when the occupant in the room above was moving around which woke us up as the squeaks were quite loud. The free parking was great and the system was easy to use, the instructions sent prior to arrival were clear for the check-in and checkout process. "

A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. "Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended."

"Consta que se quiser troca de toalhas , as deixe no chão! Se ouvessemos feito isso teriamos que usar toalhas sujas pois não arrumam os quartos, nem entram! Como saberiam que queriamos que trocassem as toalhas? Nós dias que ficamos lá, só arrumaram o quarto quando reclamamos. Fica longe de tudo. No dia do check out estamos trocando de roupas para sair e o funcionário do hotel, bateu na porta e entrou mesmo apos termos respondido. Não esperou, apenas entrou! Um absurdo! Nem podem dizer que estamos...
