"Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended."

"The hotel is good for a short stay, but I was disappointed with the family rooms. The rollaway beds are extremely uncomfortable; they have barely any foam, and you can feel the springs digging into your back, making it unbearable to sleep. This might make me consider staying at Travelodge next time, as their beds are much more comfortable. I strongly recommend investing in new rollaway beds because the current ones are terrible. "A estadia não foi nada boa de facto. O quarto não era mau de todo e sendo só mesmo para passar a noite serviu bem, mas tive 3 problemas todos relacionados com o WC. Não tinha luz, a água do chuveiro saía extremamente quente sem possibilidade de a pôr mais fria ou morna, não dava para tomar banho e a sanita não tinha pressão suficiente e entupia. Quando detectei que não tinha luz no WC fui à recepção chamar a pessoa que lá estava e que veio comigo ao quarto e de factp constatou que não havia luz,...
