The location on RT 220 makes it easy to get anywhere in Bradford County. The property had everything we needed and some things we didn’t know we needed until we got there. "Place was convenient for dropping my daughter off at SUNY Binghamton. Was updated, very well laid out with all amenities, clean, organized, thoughtful. Had kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom all of a nice size for two people. Liked the auto soap dispenser. Easy parking. A bit woodsy if you are not into critters but otherwise quite fantastic for price and location."

"My sister's family of three and my family of there stayed here to spend Thanksgiving with our parents in Binghamton. The location was perfect (20 minutes from my parents in Binghamton) and the house was big enough to give our two families space when we needed our own space.
