• An alternative entrance from the driveway provides direct access to the basement level.

• No pets are permitted. We maintain a clean, pet-free environment.

• The base rate covers 3 guests. Each additional guest is $15 per night to offset additional laundry and cleaning.

• Stays longer than 14 days require a rental agreement.

• Propane provides the home’s heat and hot water. A faint odor may occasionally be noticeable near the furnace or water heater. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

• Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are prohibited. This is a peaceful home intended for relaxing stays.

• Basement Bedrooms: Two bedrooms and the laundry area are located in the basement. The stairs to the basement are steeper than average and may not be suitable for all guests.



• Front Steps: The stairs leading to the front door are also considered steep by some guests. An alternative entrance from the driveway leads directly into the basement level.



• Extra Guest Fee: The base nightly rate includes up to three guests. Each additional guest is $15 per night to help cover extra laundry and cleaning.



• Quiet Home: This is a peaceful residential space intended for relaxing stays. Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
