"The house was cute! Spacious enough for 4 adults and a service dog to stay comfortably ! The owners were gracious and let our friends and her service dog stay with us! The driveway was a bit tricky to find at first, its right there as you round the curve.. a heads-up would have been nice, but once we found it, it was fairly easy to return to! The owners(?) do live across the driveway, and there was someone staying in the upstairs of the house we stayed in, although it could have been a separate...

"The most beautiful property in the area! The river, sunsets, peacefulness, tranquility, and spaciousness of the guest home was a dream. We enjoyed every second of our stay. The host, Robin, is professional and so very kind. This property is well maintained and beautiful. Loved watching the birds and barges going up and down the river. We will visit again here. Thank you Robin for sharing your guesthouse with others to enjoy the beauty of the Arkansas River. "

"We loved the house, decor and location. Although not used, the home provided plenty of toiletries and hygiene products for the guests to use. The location was perfect for our downtown convention. As noted in previous reviews, the house across the street looks like a junkyard. However, the occupants didn’t bother us, but is an eye soar. Also please note that the two twin beds in the sunroom are not separated. It’s actually a daybed that pulls out into a full size bed. So it’s like sharing a bed...

"Of the 7 or 8 trips we’ve made to Hot Springs, this was the best. Great location for us. Very affordable. Loved everything about the place."

"This is a beautiful cozy space, and we loved staying here! Donna was friendly and very communicative, and she makes her guests feel right at home! There are so many thoughtful touches throughout the home. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we would return in a second the next time we’re in Little Rock!"

"Very well taken care of and clean. With two living areas, one with TV and the other with a fireplace and open floor plan you’re never over crowded. Kitchen has everything and more than you will need.FYI the bedrooms upstairs are connected and you have to walk through the main Bedroom to reach the 2nd and the Bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom. Works well with really good friends or families with small children. The owner/manager was always available and quick to respond. "

"Great house And great hosts! The house is super cute and clean. The house was stocked with all the necessities and more! The area is so cute and just a few minute walk away from some adorable shops. This is the second time we’ve stayed at a house with these owners and will be back every year! "

"The host provided everything but food and clothes. 10 minutes from grocery store and right on the lake. Fishing off the dock, kayaking, and swimming were our main attractions. The zipline adds to the fun. 35 mins from the trail to cedar falls. No complaints, had a wonderful time."
