"Our family of 11 just stayed at K POW for 10 days. It was amazing. The house, view, amenities, service. This is our third trip to Exuma and K POW was the best place ever!! We will definitely be back. "

About 20 minutes from GGT airport on Exuma. We did one 1/2 day boat excursion with snorkeling, feeding pigs and iguanas, some hiking, wading on sandbar. This was with Captain Perez or Crazy Bahamian. "Unbelievable home and location. 9 of us stayed during July and could not have asked for a better home and location. Martin who takes care of the home deserves a special thank you. Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. Not a problem just takes some planning. Kayak up the lazy river and see a few barracuda and small sharks. "

"We loved our stay at this home, it was exactly what we needed! The house was great, the backyard was so peaceful and relaxing, and the view was absolutely beautiful. It's also in a perfect central location, close to everything. We go to Exuma every year, and it never fails to exceed our expectations, this home definitely added to another amazing trip!"

"The house was amazing. The beach was beautiful and private. We only saw 3 other people on the beach the entire time we were there. (We were there for a week). The house had many amenities...floats, umbrellas, chairs, extra sunscreen, bug spray, etc. The owners and house manager were very quick to answer any questions we had. "Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)"
