Dear vacationers,

—we’ve found our own little haven of rest and relaxation: Casa Esquina Soleada. We’ve furnished our second home with great attention to detail, so that every need is met. When we can’t be there ourselves, we’d like to offer you the chance to spend a few wonderful days or weeks at Casa Esquina Soleada.



Our semi-detached home is located in a very well-maintained complex with a shared pool (including a separate children’s area) and garden. The garden offers plenty of space for lounging as well as two showers. Those who prefer some peace and quiet can retreat to the private garden after cooling off in the pool. The approximately 100 square meter, separate private area features both lounging and seating areas. You’ll also find a private parking space for your car on the property.



The Esquina Soleada can accommodate 4 (+2) people. The two bedrooms on the first floor each feature a double bed and a built-in closet with ample storage space.

A baby bed is also available and can be set up and used at any time if desired. Two additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed on the first floor. Both bedrooms have a separate balcony and a fully equipped bathroom. On the first floor, next to the couch area, there is a cozy dining area and a large flat-screen TV with a soundbar.

A fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and microwave, as well as a guest restroom, complete the first floor.



The property offers plenty of spots to relax and soak up the sun. In addition to the garden and balconies mentioned above, the furnished rooftop terrace is a highlight, offering plenty of opportunities to relax, sunbathe, barbecue, and cool off with the built-in outdoor shower.



From our own experience, we know how difficult it is to find a nice vacation rental for a relaxing getaway where you feel at home and where nothing is missing. That’s why we provide the following items and hope you’ll treat them with care: in-house washing machine, balance bike, handcart, high chair, bed rail, iron, and ironing board. You’re also welcome to use the board games and children’s toys (including balls and sand toys).
