"This property was everything pictured and more. It was fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Extremely clean and well decorated. All the ementities you could ask for. The host was very sweet and quick to reply, if we had any questions. The hot tub was awesome. The outside patio was private. We enjoyed several bbqs and enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. This will definitely be our place of choice for future visits to the area. We would highly recommend this place 😊"

"This place is a gem. The location was wonderful. There was plenty of space for our family to enjoy our stay. The futons and air mattress in the living room made it so fun for our girls to have a slumber party. The lower deck was so fun with the propane fire table. Plenty of bath towels and toilet paper. "Wonderful place near downtown Medford. My husband and I loved our stay here. We were in town on a business trip for several days and wanted a place with a full kitchen. This fit our needs perfectly. "This is a historical cabin on the Rogue River. Like most historical cabins it is small and dark. Fortunately the outdoor space is amazing. This is the perfect place to go for any season except for winter when it would be too dark. It does need some updating. The kitchen is outfitted to match the time of the cabin. "Thank you for your Hospitality! You have a beautiful home Thank you for sharing! I did have a few minor issues , I had to clean what looked like stuck on bugars or snot off the wall behind the blue couch. I was also a little sad I could not run a load of laundry because we went to the new water park and didn't want to travel with wet suits and towels The dryer and washer were both full of towels and sheets. Overall our stay was nice and we appreciate your hospitality."

"I did have trouble with my code not working to get into cottage. The manger was very helpful and reset it for me.(This was at 10p). Very nice place. The bed was comfortable but placed in a space just big enough for the bed so hard to make and get in and out of. The microwave was too high for me to reach. Very private and quiet place and would stay there again."
