This means you can enjoy plenty of peace and privacy, while the warm-hearted landlord's family lives in the rest of the house and is happy to help you with any questions.



The 54 m² apartment has two separate bedrooms - one with a double bed and baby bed, the other with three single beds. The bright living area combines kitchen, dining room and lounge and is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and a cosy sofa bed. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for self-catering, from cooker and oven to microwave, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a bathtub, hairdryer and washing machine.



Particularly pleasant is the spacious, covered terrace with seating furniture and direct access to the well-maintained garden. Here you can relax and have breakfast, read a good book, or let the evening end by the private outdoor grill. In the courtyard, two secure parking spaces are available to you free of charge, and WiFi is also included in the price. Pets up to 10 kg are allowed upon request (with a surcharge).



In just a few minutes' walk, you will reach the centre of Razanj with a supermarket, bakery, café, pizzeria and fish restaurant. The nearest beach is about 250 to 300 metres away and offers both rocky coastline and small pebble sections - perfect for swimming, snorkelling and sunbathing. Those who want to be active can rent bicycles, motorbikes or boats in the area, take part in boat trips or discover maritime life while diving and fishing.
