Welcome to Greywood Reserve, located in the heart of Red River Gorge. Our unique cabin offers 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Twin Bunk Beds (4 twin mattresses) + a futon & queen memory foam air mattress , 4 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, modern LG washtower, 2 large smart TV`s, and high speed internet.

Our cabin also has a Stage 2 EV Charger (w/Tesla Adapter), Large Hot Tub, about 2000 square feet of wraparound deck and upper balcony, Blackstone griddle, and Firepit area.

Our wonderful game room features a commercial grade Arcade Air Hockey table, Nerf Blasters, digital pinball machine w/over 20 playing tables, Mortal Kombat 1up, and cocktail arcade machine with 60 games including PacMan, Galaga, etc. Plenty of fun for the entire family!

With 3.3 acres, you will have plenty of space for parking, including trailer parking for those bringing off road vehicles.

Guests have full use of the cabin and property. The only exception is one locked owner’s closet near the laundry.

I will follow your lead. Most communication will be by the messaging feature on Airbnb. When you book, you will be provided with a digital guide book that will include a phone number for text or calling in the case of a high priority issue.

Once you are on Glencarin Rd, turn onto Wildcat Ridge Ln for the Shawnee Run development. There is a black and white `Greywood Reserve` sign at this entrance. Once on Wildcat Ridge Ln you will stay to the right at the fork and continue to the next right hand turn where you will turn right. There is another black and white `Greywood Reserve` sign at this turn. Greywood Reserve Cabin is the last cabin after making the right hand turn and you will drive straight into the parking area.

We highly recommend utilizing the trip insurance option when booking. Please be sure to review the cancellation policy. This policy is due to the significant majority of our bookings being from groups, which are naturally subject to more planning and are booked further in advance than smaller accommodations. Very rarely is our property booked last minute and this is only due to significant discounts. Because of these reasons, we will strictly adhere to the cancellation policy.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Due to the amount of time necessary for cleanings, we have to strictly adhere to those times. If you would like an early check-in, we recommend taking advantage of our discounted rates for booking the night prior to your original reservation at a discounted rate.

Please remember this is a private home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Due to our cabin being in a new development , it`s important to be mindful of water usage due to the unique situation of not being on city water service tap. Treated water from the Lee County water service is delivered and held in a cistern. We monitor the water levels to know when a delivery is needed. If the water cuts off for any reason, please notify us immediately and we will rectify the situation ASAP. A whole house carbon water filter has been installed on the main water line. We recommend that guests plan for and bring water for drinking. This is a `best practice` due to the water not being delivered in a true sealed water system directly through the city water service tap.

This cabin only has 1 hot water heater. There will be limited hot water if all showers are taken simultaneously or back to back.

While a regular car can access the property, during inclement weather (snow or ice) all-wheel drive or 4x4 may be needed.

There is a $250 fully refundable security deposit with your reservation. It isn’t charged to your card — just held as a temporary authorization. The hold automatically releases three days after checkout.
