Cozy Basement near Walmart AMP

Private and cozy 1000 sq ft walk-out basement in the heart of Rogers! Located in a quiet neighborhood near the Walmart AMP, downtown Rogers, Beaver Lake, and mountain biking trails. Cozy up in the home theater living room and choose one of over 300 available titles for movie night or stream your favorite shows. However, if you must work, there is an office nook in the bedroom. A locking shed with enough space for at least two (2) mountain bikes is available upon request.

Please note that this is an entirely separate space with a private entrance, but it IS a basement. You will hear some noise from upstairs (generally footsteps from 7am-8pm when our kids are up and about)- we do live here! However, a sound machine and ear plugs are at your disposal, should you need them. This also means that we are readily available if you ever need anything during your stay.
