In this atmospheric house with many beautiful and unique details, you will, feel right at home. With a bath, walk-in shower, complete kitchen and spacious living room with TV and cosy fireplace, there is no lack of luxury. The flat is located in an old farmhouse which you live alone. Peace and quiet guaranteed. In good weather, you can sit in the sheltered courtyard or in the garden overlooking the horses behind the farm. Roes is a quiet little village. You have a pub and a nice restaurant where you can eat delicious pizza, which you can compose yourself. Kaisersesch is 10 km away, where you will find everything like supermarkets and various shops. In Roes, you can fully enjoy the peace and nature of the Eifel. From the house you walk straight into the forest, where several hiking trails start. Nature here is really beautiful.

Roes has a central location in the Eifel region and not far from the Moselle. From the village you can easily reach all kinds of sights in the region. The charming town of Cochem is a short distance away, with its impressive castle, cosy terraces and beautiful location on the Moselle. And Koblenz is also within easy reach by car. In Koblenz, the Moselle and Rhine rivers meet and it is a lovely, lively city.

The Eifel volcanic lakes - the famous Maare - are within easy reach and invite you to swim, picnic or simply enjoy the view. Those who love culture and history can discover numerous castles, ruins and historical villages in the area. With children, the animal parks in the region are also recommended.

So whether you are exploring nature, soaking up culture or just want to relax, Roes is the ideal base. Here you will experience the peace and quiet of the countryside, while everything the Eifel and Moselle have to offer is within easy reach
