My son is a first year college student and was missing home so we decided to go visit him. This quaint little farmhouse was an answered prayer! A perfect place for us to connect as a family, enjoy a home cooked meal, relax in the peaceful and serene yard and also a place that felt like home and allowed my son to recharge. The farmhouse is right out of a Hallmark movie! String lights, candles, blanketsā€¦so much charm and history. We will definitely be back!
Beautiful trees and landscape! So peaceful!
Attention to detail was amazing!
My momma heart was so happy to see my boy! Great place for family time!

White Coat Ceremony at VCOM

This is a beautiful restored old farmhouse. My family loved it. We had enough room and all details were accessible. I wish we had more time but this was a fast trip. We will definitely be back!!

Golfing Holiday

Four women on a golfing holiday to Spartanburg, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this delightfully decorated farmhouse. Plenty of room to relax, chat, play cards and just enjoy the place. Evenings and mornings on the porch were wonderful. Scott is an excellent host - very responsive and close by if you were to need anything - but we didn't need a thing as the house is thoughtfully furnished and supplied. Thanks, Scott, for letting us stay at your farmhouse.

Unique property!

My son and I recently stayed here while visiting in the area and loved it! The property is really unique with the perfect blend of historic charm and modern upgrades. The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure the lights were on for us when I said we would be arriving late. The neighborhood is very quiet but itā€™s a short drive to things you need. Things were labeled really well in the house which seems like such a little thing but makes a stay so much easier. We would definitely stay here again!

We were there as judges officiating a local tournament- such a cute and relaxing space for us to wind down and decompress after a long day. Everything was perfect and the house was absolutely charming!

DeAtkinson-Clark Graduation Weekend

This property was ideal for what we needed. Our son graduated VCOM with multiple ceremonies and we need a place we could all convene and celebrate. Proximity to downtown Spartanburg was ideal, and the space lent privacy to a small family gathering after the ceremonies. I had the party catered, but was able to host an intimate family style dinner celebration. The hot water was plentiful for showers and such. Beds were comfortable and inviting. Surroundings were serene and quiet. We spread out throughout the home and we were all very comfortable. Scott made himself accessible for our potential needs and was very responsive. I could not have asked for a better home for this event!

Special place

The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Environs peaceful and regenerative. Would have been nice to have one of the bathrooms upstairs where two of the bedrooms are, but it turned out to be just a small inconvenience for our group. Host was readily available and responsive to questions and requests. Thank you Scott for the thought and detail you have put into this special place!

Family from out of town in to attend a wedding. There were 9 of us. The wedding venue only 7 minutes away. Also a 21st birthday to celebrate. This home was perfect for our needs. It was an unique and well furnished place to spend a family gathering. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing Labor Day Weekend

We had a very relaxing Labor Day weekend here. We were visiting several friends in the area and it was a relaxing home to entertain. The house is very clean and stocked with the little conveniences of home. Itā€™s a quiet location, we sat on the deck and enjoyed the peacefulness. The beds are very comfortable and the owners are very responsive. It was a great find. We will stay here again!

Comfortable spacious cabin

This was a fabulous place to stay. Had a group of guys for a golf trip. It was perfect. Spacious well appointed and clean. The host was very responsive to every question. I would highly recommend this to friends and family.
