"O hotel é lindo, mas a equipe é um tanto confusa. Forneceram o mesmo quarto p/ outras pessoas (que entraram quando a gente já estava instalado), não tinham toalhas disponíveis na piscina durante algumas horas pela manhã, filas no café, cobrança equivocada no nosso quarto. Não sei se era por ser ano novo e estar cheio, mas são detalhes chatos que não deveriam ocorrer."

Tivemos problemas com o chuveiro, apesar da orientação sobre seu uso que havia no banheiro, foi impossível regular a temperatura, que ora ficava extremamente quente ora fria, o que dificultou bastante o banho! Além do ralo que estava entupido e a cada banho se formava uma piscina no voz. Café da manhã simples, apesar de ter tudo para ser bom o pão estava bem passado e duro, só gostei das frutas. No geral gostamos."

"Good hotel, remodeling was well done. Nice pool, good gym, nice rooms. But there is no room service!!! The restaurant is good, but they close early, kitchen closes around 9:40 pm. If you need food after that, gotta order from outside. Also beware that 18% gratuity charge is already included in restaurants’ check. "
