"This property is very clean and spacious for a family of four, and the staff were absolutely nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place for anybody trying to visit in Moab."

"The room is very good, confortable. The kitchen is equipped. The hostes answer very fast. The only thing I recommend to owners is to replace the bath door. The bath acoustic is not so good. I really recommend to stay at this place!! "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Tres Chivas. The house was cute and comfortable. We were traveling with our two dogs and they loved running in the large open yard. It was very relaxing sitting outside in the evening. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were responsive to our messages. We look forward to staying at Tres Chivas next summer."

"Very clean and well equipped home."

"We really enjoyed our stay! Lots of room so everyone had their own space. Property was very clean. Pool/hot tub area was excellent as we had hot weather during our stay. Not too crowded and pool was perfect temperature and very clean. Easy drive or walk into town. Great location to get anywhere around Moab very quickly. Property managers were very responsive to the few questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Clean, quiet, amazing views and accessible to all the great activities in and around the Redlands area. The property is a duplex on a large rural setting that backs directly to the just completed bike/walking trail in the area (Tabeguache) There are two bedrooms- one main with a queen, a second with a good size bunk beds. There is also a queen size bed in an enclosed porch area. So plenty of space for a good number of people- but only one bathroom. The property is probably built in the 70s...

"Awesome property, location, and owner. Todd was super, introducing us to house and filled with local information. Unique outdoor refreshing cedar siding shower. We loved the area and all has to offer. Stay here, take short awesome roadtrips to experience Colorado and Utah!Enjoy!!"

"My family and I stayed there for a few days as we toured Arches. We were close to the park and on a cute, quiet street. The unit was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. My only wish is that there was laundry on site because we had needed it but it didn't end up being a big problem. I would highly recommend!"

"Great place. It’s more south of Moab than I thought, but only 15 min drive to town. "

"Fantastic home, well appointed kitchen, great yard and Hot Tub. Loved the ability to walk into town for dinner, or to the food trucks. Able to jump on Bike and explore Kane Creek and other biking trails. Great Mountain Biking 1 block away."
