"I’m astounded at the bargain I got in this place . In America this place would be $300 per night easily .
The remodel was meticulously done .
It’s in a gorgeous square with cafes and restaurants. I had my own little patio on the ground level . Hot shower!!
Laundry is just 4 minute walk up the street.
This place was just fantastic ."

"I liked the property and location very much, and the 2 girls on reception were nice and helpful.
The negatives were the huge walk with luggage to the room with no assistance, this would basically be impossible unless young and fit. Some luggage porters are required, especially for this 4 star hotel.
Also maid service was lacking, with the maid often forgetting to restock toilet roll and toiletries. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Spent a wonderful couple of nights at Utopia Luxury Suites. The location was great and the room was fabulous. Hosts Giannis and Efi were very welcoming and helpful. Definitely a 5 star experience."

"Wonderful boutique hotel. Centrally located between the port area and old town. Lovely rooms. Bonus is ample parking in the back. Helen, the property manager is super knowledgeable about the island and you can trust all her restaurant recommendations. "

"We had a lovely 6 night stay here, lovely location and really nice staff, big room and nice balcony. Breakfast was minimal (especially if you're dairy and gluten intolerant like me - some eggs would have been nice) but in such a lovely spot by the sea, and the guy was so cheerful every morning so enjoyed going down every morning!"
