"From the warmest of greeting when we arrived until checkout we were made to feel really welcome at this hotel. We loved its uniqueness and the afternoon tea/coffee and cake was a delightful touch. Breakfast with fresh waffles was excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful - they are wonderful. "

"Room is nice, looks good. Lobby beautiful. Breakfast is very good but you have to book a slot cuz it's very crowded. Our room was facing a wall and they didn't really aloud changes so don't count on views, u could get unlucky. You must pay to use sauna and pool. Restaurant upstairs is nice but costs a fortune. "
"It was all good, however the hotel only provides cleaning services in the bedroom every 4 days. We asked after 2 days and they just replaced the towels and toke care of the garbage. The bed wasn't touched. The rooms don't have fridge, boiler or anything. Also there was a music that we could hear inside the bedroom from the rooftop bar until midnight probably."
"The hotel is new, clean and the common areas are nice and modern. However, the room is not good. There is no table to use a laptop, there is no chair, there is no closet to keep my clothes. The iron was not visible. Scandic has done unaceptable cost savings in this hotel. I would never use it again. I had tremendous difficult to use my laptop and read emails."
