"The Dawg Pound was great! Very clean and comfortable, the steps to the second level of the house was a little steep, a little hard to access if you have any knee or hip problems. Other than that, it was great!"

"It is definitely close to things, but quiet and nestled away. Walk out the door to the left and see the Sunsphere and Worlds Fair Park and UT, go to the right and walk towards the market area, or towards the river and South Knoxville. We picked it for convenience to walk everywhere, which we did. The pictures (probably taken after remodel) reflect the space provided, though the space has aged some since then and could use a freshening up and better inside lighting. The building was very quiet...

"Everything was as stated. Movie selection was good since the Wi-Fi was not great. The only glitch was the grill. It wouldn’t start and we couldn’t find a lighter and had to hunt one down. Other than that great time!"

"This is a great place to stay if you want to experience true lake life! There was plenty of space and the owner was very fast to answer any questions! Floating houses do have their quirks and limitations similar to an RV or camper, so prepare accordingly. We'd definitely book again!"

"Great space. Beautiful views. Communication with manager not great for check in. They didnt provide garage codes to get in. We were checking in when it was dark. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. Once they provided garage codes we were good. You will need to carry luggage up two flights of stairs or walk your luggage all the way around to the front...

"Our family vacation included a wide age range of people and everyone had a great time here! Only problems were one squeaky, uncomfortable bed out of the 8 bedrooms. Also, you have to make your own beds upon arrival. Otherwise, plenty of space! 2 refrigerators and dishwashers. The golf cart was a life saver getting to the dock and back. Everything was clean and the property manager/ owners were very responsive! We want to stay there again!"

"My family joked the entire stay that this is the only place we’ve ever stayed that is even nicer than the already incredible photos. It was like we lived in a movie for about summer lake living for a week. Highly impressed with the overall space, the cleanliness, and above and beyond communication by Traci and Matt.
