"4 families came from CA for a graduation celebration. Enough room and beds for all 10 of us. Easy access to lake. Backyard is huge, had fun playing badminton and volleyball. Also lit a fire at the fire pit one night. Managers were very responsive to our questions and requests There is a projector and we were able to watch movies at night. Pretty cool. Had a great stay."

"the home was clean and as promised. The owner, Mark, was easy to work with, the pool and back yard were beautiful! I would definitely stay here again. Mark was available for all of our questions when we arrived. the location was amazing. the home is bright and airy, all beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and updated. Nothing but positives to say about this property. Thank you Mark!"

"Great location. Pristine beach with hardly anyone else on the beach (mid May). No shampoo or conditioner in bathrooms as reported. The house needs a bit of TLC. Could be a bit cleaner. There was sand on the floor in the master bedroom upon our arrival. It seemed like there was white dog hair on the bedspread. I dont have a dog. The dishwasher seemed like it was working but was not getting the dishes clean. I think it is time for a new dishwasher."

"Very nicely done property on Long Island, literally minutes off of the LIE. Bed was very comfortable, neighborhood was very quiet, hosts also very quiet. This location was ideal and very cute. Tall ceiling helped to make it feel larger than just one room. Loved the large walk-in shower. Host was very easy to contact, quick to respond, and very accommodating regarding late night check-in. Highly recommend and will consider this location first for our next trip to LI."

"I very much enjoyed my stay here! It was short, because we were only in town for a wedding, but it was the perfect spot to stay. It was so nice to walk down to the beach and be so close to the water. The owner also communicated kindly and promptly when I reached out once."

"My family and I had wonderful stay at the "Cool House." The host were great and responded in a timely manner. We were down in L.I. for my sons baseball tournament and it was perfect located 20 minutes away from Lasorda Legacy park. It was great to wake up in the morning and see the bay from the deck. House was clean and had all the amenities."

"Clean, spacious and well maintained house with lots of beautiful touches and antiques that give the place a warm character. Bedrooms are very large and comfortable, with couches in most of them and a few with decks. House looks better in person than in pictures. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Host was easy to communicate with and prompt to respond to any questions."

"O quarto era bem grande, porém super velho, a cama era horrível, muito barulhenta. No último dia saímos pela manhã para passear e quando voltamos a porta do quarto estava totalmente aberta. A camareira que limpou o quarto deixou a porta aberta encostada. Por sorte não sumiu nada mas o quarto passou o dia todo aberto ! Café da manhã bem fraco e poucas opções. "
