"Did a solo overnight stay to capture the sunset at Long Jetty and the sunrise at Crackneck Lookout and the location is well located to access both by car within 15min. The rooms are dated, but clean. I stayed in the one bedroom loft and it had everything I needed for the night and more. Kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, washing machine and dryer, balcony, shower. Getting the ocean view room is a must, the views are absolutely amazing. "We arrived to find there was no sofa bed as advertised and the unit only slept 4 even though it said 6. No linen for the couch cushions we had to put on the floor for the youngest kids and 4 towels for a booking for 6. Advertised pool was locked the whole time. Vacuum cleaner didn't work, dishwasher draws broken and no heating or cooling. Very poor parking situation "

"The property is beautiful, but we were disappointed by the heavily advertised spa, which didn’t work during our stay. The listing mentioned the malfunction, but it wasn’t clear enough, four of us missed that in the description. Without a working spa the price felt high for just four guests. I recommend removing the spa photo from the listing or making its non-working status very obvious in the description."
