Guests will enter house from front door (code to the lock will be given day of check-in)
Pets are welcome (with pet fee). Recommend small dogs as doggie door will accommodate small dogs only.

The large backyard is peaceful and serene featuring a private deck where you can relax and enjoy our HOT TUB. Backyard is completely fenced and includes a smaller section of fenced yard for dogs.

Please read house rules. Please park cars on concrete drive. Do not park in yard.
Please pick up after yourself. Owner not responsible for any personal injury. Parents of small children please note** There are no outlet covers or cabinet latches. There is a brick fireplace in the living room with no bumper. There are breakables in the home (if you let us know we can remove what is easily removable).
