"This property is in an ideal location; walking distance to the Metro and to downtown Rockville. It consists of three bedroom suites, a kitchen and a central dining/living room. It could sleep several couples or an extended family. Our hostess was welcoming, helpful and positive. The few times we made requests of her, she was responsive and helpful. I heartily recommend this property, BUT CAUTION YOU TO AVOID BOOKING THROUGH VRBO, AS THEY ARE LIARS THAT DO NOT HONOR GUARANTEES OR ASSURANCES....

"We needed a place close to Kensington as we were cleaning out my brother's place. It was 8 minutes away! It was the comfort and space we needed to decompress after long days of sorting, packing, and moving. The beds were comfy, the appliances were new and in working order, and the furniture was comfy. Plenty of space for everyone to eat, sleep and hang around together."

"The house worked well for our group. It’s a fun layout and the beds were comfortable. Location was close to the metro, which was convenient. The kitchen could definitely use some bigger pots and pans, especially for cooking for a group. Overall, it did the job for our stay. We would stay there again. "

"Our stay at the VRBO home was truly magnificent! The gourmet kitchen made meal prep a delight, and the open concept living space was perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The completely finished basement offered another spacious gathering area, while the compact yet powerful washer and dryer off the kitchen were incredibly convenient. "Everything about this house is sooo nice! The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is clean and updated, and the beds are comfortable. The hosts are responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner.;) The nearest metro stop is a little over a mile from the house but we were able to walk it easily. Union Market was a fun place to get a meal or drink;) "

"Clean, well appointed, great communication, but get a parking spot through an app. The metro was a bit of a hike with luggage and tired kids, so we used ride services for most days. The hosts were very quick to respond, and there was a grocery store nearby. Overall, this was an incredibly easy stay. "
