"We enjoyed our stay, Jeff was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The house was clean and accommodating, we have pets, so the backyard was spacious and safe, we didn’t have to worry about our dogs getting out at all, plus it was big enough for the kids to run around in as well. "The house was very clean and furnished nicely. They provided everything that we expected them to plus a few extras that I didnt expect. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this house again on any future trips to the area. I couldn't have asked for a more attentive host. John was very fast to respond every message I sent before check in, during our stay, and even after checkout. "

"Our stay was wonderful. My husband and children wanted to treat our mothers with a relaxing long weekend. This house definitely helped us accomplishes that goal. The location was perfect, close to Balboa beach and delicious Sunset Grille. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the golfers play. I was very impressed that the hot water heater was able to keep up with 6 people showering back to back. We will book again! Thank you. "

"We really enjoyed our time in Hot Springs, especially the amenities and property at the Chalet on Cape Catherine. The house is located near enough to all the fun Hot Springs area activities but, tucked back on a peaceful peninsula. We can’t say enough wonderful things about the property. The garage entertainment room was such a smart idea and a big hit with our family. Just a note about the rooms and property surrounding the house was incredible."

"The home was very nice. As described in the listing. The driveway is quite rough but not a deterrent. The yard is well kept. The home is very spacious. At night it is very dark (my 5 year old is afraid of the dark but she did fine). The only problem I had was the beds are very firm. The home owner does have squishy mattress covers that were helpful! Communication was great everything labeled and notes posted to help with any questions!"
