It appears to be working just fine, but it's always disheartening to hear negative feedback. We will try to use it as an opportunity to grow and improve the staying experience! You stayed in our economy queen room, despite that fact, we provide some thoughtful amenities that are refreshed each day such as complimentary Peets coffee, spring water, high quality bedding and linens, some wonderful Zents body wash, shampoo and conditioner, as well as a complimentary breakfast each morning with fresh baked scones, turnovers and croissant that are made to order. But we understand everyone has their preferences. We wish you all the best and thanks again for staying with us and for providing us an opportunity to improve.

While there is no front desk, we live on site and provide you with our cell phones, should you need anything at all.
