Periwinkle Cottage (located on Broadway Terrace) this charming carriage house offers guests 2 townhouse units to choose from.

The nightly rate does not include the cleaning fee. The Lodging Tax and Service Fee are paid separately..

Rates posted are based on Double Occupancy (maximum 2 guests only).

Arrival time is 3:00 pm and Departure time is 10:00 am

Periwinkle Cottage is a few short blocks to the village center, Bearskin Neck, beaches, train and the Shalin Liu Performance Center.

Unit 1 (approximately 550 square feet) offers guests a warm and welcoming space with bold artwork and light colored walls. This unit includes a first floor bathroom with stall shower, kitchen, climate control (A/C), normal staircase leading to a second floor Queen-size bedroom and access to the shared laundry room. (Laundry room accessible for guest with stays 7-nights or longer.)

Unit 1 sleeps 2 guests only.
