There is a large fenced area out back for your kids to play or even ride their 4 wheeler/dirt bikes.

The cozy cottage is just minutes to the mountains for 4wheeling, side by side riding, hiking, fishing, hunting, water sports, winter sports such as skiing, snowmobiling, and golf. This home is a perfect spot for hunters, snowmobilers. For a short drive you could also do a fun day trip to Lava Hot Springs (60 mi), Twin Falls Canyon (90 mi), American Falls Reservoir (15 mi), and Snake River (10 mi). Some additional locations to visit are a bit more distance to West Yellowstone (180 mi) and Jackson, Wyoming (160 mi).

Activities include fishing on the Snake River, hunting in the mountains for all different birds and big game. Unbelievable potential with not many people to compete with!
