"We had a very disappointing experience with this VRBO rental. Before our stay, we unfortunately had a death of a horse and needed to cancel. The host declined our request and only offered a 50% refund, which put us in a difficult position. Since we couldn’t recover most of our money, we decided to go ahead with the trip anyway. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the home was far below expectations. There were dishes in the drying rack on the counter. Newspapers all over the counter. Dirty sponge...

"We had an amazing time for my birthday getaway. The only downside was that the power went out for quite a while due to the high winds but they delivered some flashlights for us in no time! This home is so beautiful- words can not describe. I definitely want to stay here again. "

"Positives: property manager was responsive to questions, the game room offered fun for our whole group (adults and teenagers), beds were comfortable, massage chairs as well as hit tub offered relaxation, living room had lots of seating and a huge TV.Downsides (none of these were deal breakers for our stay but these are the reasons I did not rate the house as 5/5 stars): the house itself clearly has some wear and tear - there are some gashes in the walls, marks on walls, some curtain rods coming...

"Wonderful home with a top notch team behind it! All the fun with plenty of space for our large family. The pool and game room are awesome but my favorite parts were the kitchen and the massage chairs! A high end stay with a high end team behind it! Worth every !!!"

"The home was not as depicted. The front door looked as if it had been kicked in. We opened the rear patio door and was unable to close it. The shades in all the rooms were either torn and ripped or unusable. The unit was filthy with ants in the silverware drawer and bugs throughout the house. The living room furniture was stained and dirty. We requested a refund because we did not stay due to safety issues with the doors. We did not get a refund, would not reccommed."
