"Perfect lake house, for our family with 3 teens. House was great and lots of communication from owner via email and binder. We did all the lake stuff.. paddleboard, kayak, swim, fish and it was perfect. My favorite was floating in the water and reading on the dock. "The property was perfect and house was clean. I appreciated all the extra blankets and bedding. The house has everything you need to cook even spices. We all loved all the lake toys from the kayaks to all the different floats and even yard games. The yard and private beach was great for our dog. Our dog could walk in and out of the lake at her leisure. My teen boys had a blast fishing all day and even at night. We all had a great time, cought lots of fish and left with great tans!! "Ben and Sara are fantastic hosts. The property is an ideal location for the Ironman hosted out of Madison. The house has all the features for a comfortable stay with thoughtful additions for fun, entertainment, and functionality. Ben and Sara bothe communicated frequently and helped our stay go smoothly! "Perfect property for our group, will definitely be back.Immaculately maintained, excellent kitchen for preparing large group meals. Would recommend visitors bring spices, dried goods (flour, sugar, etc), storage containers/bags, wraps/foils and extra paper towels. If you forget there is excellent shopping and food options within 5 to 7 minute drive (costco, woodmans, aldi).Host was reaponsive leading up to our trip and extremely friendly and flexible. "Golf cart parade = much excitement, crazy friendly people, a must stay for anyone heading to stay close to Madison."

"This place is truly amazing! My sisters and myself stayed here to have a get together and to honor our sister that had passed away almost 2 yrs ago. We had such a fabulous time roasting marshmallows, bonfires, grilling out and just talking around the fire. Ventured out and antiqued and went to the winery close by. The cottage was so relaxing, clean and so welcoming, secluded feeling. The driveway lol was steep, and there is 74 steps down to boat launch which we also enjoyed and joked about....

"Beautifully located westerly views, the lake cottage is placed perfectly lakeside for watersports or just staring at the water and sunsets. The kitchen is much better furnished than most and we were in need of nothing. The beds and all the furniture are very comfortable. The main sitting room has numerous light-filling windows. There is a table and sitting area on the front deck for mornings. We spent most of the daytime and through sunset on the back porch with its nicely sized table and chairs...

The location was close to everything, including the stadium. We were equally as impressed with the outdoor setting, heated tile floors and laundry access. The teens loved the downstairs game room.
