$150 first pet • $100 each additional pet (non-refundable)
Please disclose pets when booking. Undisclosed pets: $200 non-refundable fee.

-Check-in after 3:00 PM • Check-out before 11:00 AM (unless paid for via guest portal)
-NO SMOKING INSIDE OF UNIT
-Please flush only toilet paper (no wipes, tampons, etc.)
-Do not use the wood counters as cutting boards – clean only with the provided solution
-Always turn off propane when not in use
-Keep the hot-tub cover on when not in use
-Return all furniture to its original place before checkout
-Host reserves the right to remove guests from the property, without refund and at host discretion, for any violation of these rules.
-Guests are fully responsible for any damage or missing items during their stay.
-Host is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to guest belongings.
