Discover your own oceanside oasis at this peaceful Oregon Coast retreat. Located in the Manhattan Beach area of Rockaway, this three-bedroom home boasts ocean views and easy walking distance to a huge expanse of pristine beach. Great local restaurants are just minutes away and the home offers convenient access to crabbing, hiking, and fishing. A private deck comes furnished for outdoor living and four-legged family members will appreciate the fully enclosed dog-lawn right outside the home. An outdoor shower provides a convenient spot to rinse off after trips to the beach.

The bright, updated interior comes well-appointed for modern family living with fresh design and new home appliances. Plush sofas, a fireplace, and a smart TV set the stage for casual downtime in the living area while the front foyer comes equipped with a day bed for cozy afternoon reading or naps. A full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances are ready to handle any mealtime needs. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful stay! Easy check in process. Perfect little beach home that was beautifully decorated and furnished, clean and well stocked, from cookware/dishes to shampoo/bodywash and laundry soap! Extra movies and board games, beach chairs and toys etc. It was a great location to the beach we could see the water right out of our kitchen window! Loved that it was dog friendly our little pup loved the beach! Great central location to all the best beaches along the Coastline. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family!

Great Thanksgiving vacation!

A great house in a wonderful little neighborhood with great beach access. The home was very well stocked with kitchenware, supplies, and great for those with dogs. We loved the ample seating options and found the home very comfy and cozy, with room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Friendly Beach House

We try and vacation to the Oregon Coast at least once per year. We have stayed at this property over the past two years and we have not been disappointed. There is plenty of room for our family of four plus two dogs. We love that this is a dog friendly place and our pups can be comfortable too with us! We hope to revisit this property again.

Great location - hard beds

We loved this location! The kitchen, living space, and dining room were all excellent. Rhe double shower was a fun ammenity :) Only two things were an issue - one, the travle sized shampoo and conditioner were clearly left over from the last visitor (the mini bottles didn't even have enough products for one shower); and two, all of the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. My brother opted to sleep on the couch instead of the bed.

We loved our stay!! Comfortable, clean, fabulous ocean views, and only a few steps to the beach. Neighbors friendly and helpful with local recommendations. We can 100% recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was just the two of us plus our dog. It is a short walk past a few other houses to the beach. The kitchen window has a wonderful view of the beach. The sound of the surf from there was amazing. The master bedroom had an ok mattress however the sheets were not very comfortable. The property was defiantly dog friendly. It also was stocked with beach chairs and kids toys for fun on the beach. The kitchen had plenty of things for a family to cook with. We were unable to find the remote for the living room TV. Wasn't a big deal for us but might be important for others. I would recommend that a family staying there pick up their supplies prior to arrival to the area since there isn't much around there for groceries.

Great Family Getaway

Our family group consisted of three adults, a seven year old, and two labradors. The house fit us perfectly! The proximity to the beach is outstanding. The neighbors are friendly. The house is beautiful and has a fabulous ocean view from the kitchen. We hope to return to this house again in the future! You won’t be disappointed with this house!

The house is beautiful and comfortable. It's just outside of town, so it is quiet and there's no traffic on the dead-end street. The beach is just steps away, just on the other side of the house next door. You can fall asleep to the sound of surf. Very relaxing!

Such a nice, updated, house. The beach is so close. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and clean. There was a nice yard for our dogs and a great deck and BBQ.

Relaxing beach stay

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood and just steps away from the beach. Very friendly neighbors, who gave us lots of good suggestions for area restaurants. The house itself was beautiful and had all the comforts of home. Lots of little touches, like mini shampoo, conditioner, and soap came in handy. Loved being able to open the windows at night and hear the ocean waves. Our dog loved the fenced yard. My only minor complaint, is there was no central AC. It was a small wall unit in the main living area, so the back of the house got warm on the hotter days we were there. But I guess it's pretty rare for such hot days to occur in the PNW coast.

Cute, quiet, and close!

The house was super cute and fit all our needs, and included AC which was GREAT in the heat wave we had! House had sand toys and chairs, and an outdoor shower which made getting clean after the beach a cinch. And the best part - it was super close to the beach! And had a bench at the top of the beach entrance, which was perfect for watching the sunsets.

Beach Stay

Great setting! Our kids brought their dog fenced front yard and deck perfect for him! Short walk to a fantastic beach. Kitchen lacked certain items and ice maker was not working. Plenty of towels for all of us with throw blankets we appreciated! We would stay again!
