"We had the best time during our stay! Cabin is comfortable, has every kitchen amenity you could wish for, & the free access to kayaks was a huge plus for us! All of the mattresses were super comfortable. Cindy was a great host & Poe, her dog, was the sweetest! The location can't be beat! We enjoyed kayaking the Au Train River, Brownstone Inn for dinner, Bay Furnace for rock hunting, Capt Ron's Whitefish truck in Munising is a must & Au Train Grocery has the best pasties! We hope to return next...

"The house is beautiful and really well equipped for all needs. The view of the AuTrain river is only eclipsed by its location - go down some steps and it’s right there. Close to Lake Superior. The beach is lovely and not terribly crowded. Great central location- close to Marquette and Munising plus a couple small markets down the street. Love, love, loved it!!"

"Lovely and cozy cabin with beautiful views of the water, and quiet! Provided lots of ideas to keep people busy, if we had more time there we definitely would have looked through them, no way to get bored there! Only issue was with check in. About a week or so prior, I confirmed with host to check in a few hours early, and received a confirmation message with the door code and time being 1pm. "Everything was clean and comfortable. Cozy little cabin was perfect for 2 adults and our dog. Loved the rustic feel. Also we liked the town and neighbors. I wouldn’t describe property as waterfront though a small river channel is visible. Beach access is a quick drive. Appreciate the communication w/ the property owner. "

"My daughter and I had an amazing stay! This was the perfect spot for chasing waterfalls around town. Halfway between Marquette and Munising we found so many and had a day at Pictured Rocks. This house is perfect for pets too. House was clean, beds were comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus. Thanks for the hospitality. One thing I would recommend is make sure you bring coffee. "

"Very clean and amazing place. Just want to let the owners know that a gasket on top of shower might be loose as it was leaky, just FYI as we noticed during our stay. Also, to lock the door back up with key code was difficult at times, not sure of it was just us or what but unlocking was fine. Thank you so much again! "

"Cabin was perfect for a week long stay with 6 adults and one dog. Perfectly stocked, extremely clean and very dog friendly. View from the house was relaxing, and use of kayaks was a huge plus. Great location to get to numerous area highlights! Communication with Amy was easy, and received quick responses to questions that we had. Overall, a fantastic stay!"

"We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Breath taking views, quiet and serene. We grilled, had a fire and tested out the sauna! There was plenty to do just outside, but inside were games and whatnot to keep you entertained. We HIGHLY recommend and hope to return!"
