"The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We stayed as a family of 3. Lovely cold airconditioning in the rooms and some great in ground pools and jacuzzis. If you're up for a walk, a big shopping centre is only 10 mins walk away. The National Museum is next door, which is worth a visit. Great gift shop too! Some small shops near the hotel to stock up on beers and refreshments and a taxi ride to and from restaurants can be arranged for around...

"I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists"

"Disappointing since I stayed there a long time ago. It’s under new management who have not kept up the hotel. The restaurant and bars are closed. The complimentary breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, white toast —no jam, butter, rce jook, spicey rice noodles, picked vegetables, cabbage slaw, Black Chinese tea. They tried to accommodate me with instant coffee and milk. Workers are nice. Basically for Chinese visitors. "
