"Room I reserved was not available when I arrived. Whole place had an odd smell like incense. Was given a room with smaller bed. Pillows were smallest I have seen besides decorative pillows. Shower handle was very hard to turn. Worried it would break off trying to turn on water. My wife got a pizza that was possibly worst I have ever had but still expensive. We did not gamble as we were just sleeping and leaving next day traveling. Maybe a good casino (I don’t know) but hotel was not great...

"We pulled in with a 24’ stock trailer and we were still able to park easily, large lot in the back for bigger vehicles. Our room, chosen because I like walk in showers, was great. The shower head was adjustable, the shower was actually a walk in, not a tub with bars around it, and there was good water pressure with temp and pressure adjustments. The bed was soft but not “sink into it soft”, giving my husband and I an excellent night of rest. The receptionist, Tracy, was very helpful and...

"Older property with some updates. New faucets in bathroom and tub. Young lady at check in was very helpful. Easy parking and it felt like a safe area. I would stay here again."

"Hotel confortável, novo. Único defeito é o café da manhã, que é péssimo por sinal. Antes fosse aquele café da manhã tradicional dos EUA, com ovos, sausage, waffle, panquecas, etc. Mas não, lá não tem sequer isso, é apenas uma estação em que um funcionário faz “O” prato quente do dia, que no meu caso foi um TACO, com ovos mexidos ressecados e as sausages picotadas. "

"Our first rooms outlets all went out in the room on the second day we had to be moved to a new room because of it, the spa was down both days, the wifi was extremely laggy. The pancake machine was down and the sausage was kinda under cooked. I won't be staying there again."

"The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price."

"Excellent accommodation. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a quiet area. The room was clean, spacious and besides, it was quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet style was well served. If I return to town, no doubt stay here again."
