"The room was very big. However it was not as clean as it should be. Found small pieces of debris in bed. Most likely from a/c vent. Also found a dead bug on floor. None of the ice machines worked in the building!! They have 3! All 3 not working ! Restroom in lobby is not maintained or cleaned. Staff was ok however not professional. Twice when speaking to them the person had to stop the movie on their phone after I started speaking to them. Meaning. I had to start my conversation over....

"Just a one-night stay but found beds comfortable, room very nice, and quiet. Not a big fan of most hotel free breakfasts, but found it satisfying."

"Please do better with your breakfast options. Biscuits and gravy and potatoes everyday can be a make or break deal for future visitors."

"We arrived very late at 1:15 am. The night woman was very friendly and accommodating. She even got me paper plates so we could warm up the dinner we brought in the microwave."

"The front desk girls were snotty, but thankfully the manger was so very kind. The entire hotel was a disaster. It was gross and run down and smelled. I will never stay at this location ever. If you just don’t care and wanna sleep then do it, but from the lobby to the elevator to the hallways to the room was just gross. Felt so dirty when I left. It was definitely not worth the money at all!!"

"The staff were very nice. There was an issue with the toilet when we arrived, but once notified it was fixed immediately. The pool was great for the kids and my husband and I enjoyed the gym. The space of the room was perfect and the kitchen area was well stocked."

"Love the room and the set up. Lots of cubbies for storage. The room was updated. It looked like they painted the cabinets, which unfortunately made them sticky to the touch. The decor was beautiful. Breakfast was mostly typical like a free breakfast, but had better yogurt than most. It was very quiet where we were. Would stay here again."

"Hotel is in pretty bad condition mold in multiple rooms, carpet in hallways are disgusting, roaches everywhere, towels are dingy and stained heavily, bedding is stained and has burn marks, plumbing issues, only good thing about the place is the woman whom works the front desk Monday-Friday.."
