Absolutely Perfect

This was our second stay and once again, it was utterly perfect. Well stocked home and super comfortable. Highly recommended particularly for those need to recover from treatments at the Mayo Clinic.

Perfect recovery home

Because this is a real home, it feels like being home - plenty of kitchen supplies, comfortable furniture, neighbors. We spent a month here, staying three weeks after my husbands hip surgery. Excellent ADA accommodations, super comfortable, adjustable beds, beautiful, and clean. Though expensive, worth every penny. We are returning in 2 months for his next surgery and staying here again. Best VRBO we’ve tried and we travel extensively.

Great place to stay

This house could not have been more comfortable. It was clean, modern, and the owners thought of everything. Ten convenient minutes to anything we wanted. Would definitely recommend!

Thankful for great home near Mayo Clinic

Great home for staying while family was treated at Mayo Clinic. No stairs and walk in shower a plus. Very nice home. I'd like to transport the home to where ever I'm vacationing. Super appreciate the owners make their home available. Owners are nice and communicative when needed. You won't be dissappointed.

Relaxing oasis for healing

This house has been thought out so well, especially for those that need handicapped access. Gorgeous property. House has everything for a total knee replacement. Sofas all recline in living room which is also like a home theatre. Computer with 2 screens for working. All one level. Automatic blinds. Handicapped accessible shower. Furnishing were outstanding. TV’s in living room, and both bedrooms. Beds are so comfortable with auto head raise and leg bend on each bed. A beautifully organized spa like recovery I had in this home. Will definitely stay again if I need to go back to Mayo!

Beautiful very clean home in upscale neighborhood. Attention to detail in every room. Perfect for anyone needing long term medical care. Beds are super comfortable. Thankful beyond words for the opportunity to stay in this home.

Great house and location!

Very comfortable and well appointed. The house had everything we needed and was great and accommodating for being a Mayo patient with special needs (like the bathrooms having bars on the wall to help you in and out of bags and showers)

Loved it

The place was perfect. It was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. It was a great location too. It was in a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown and the Mayo Clinic. We'd love to come back!

Beautiful Spot near Mayo and Hospitals

This lovely ultramodern home was a delightful place to begin recovery after surgery at St Mary's hospital. Everything was exactly as described, with great cookware, plentiful tableware, and high-end appliances. Beautiful window treatments. All three TV's and other electronics are top-notch. Location is very convenient for visits to either the Mayo Clinic buildings or the St Mary's hospital campus. The four bikes provided are very nice, and having the double garage with opener was great. For these beautiful accomodations, you will find that the price is quite reasonable.

An exceptional house

This house was great. Accommodations were excellent, very comfortable, very clean, great neighborhood. The owners have really thought of everything to make an extended stay a good experience. Good location, about a 15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic. We stayed in this house for 7 weeks, and it was a major reason for our actually enjoying our stay in Rochester, despite daily medical treatments. I would definitely rent this house again.

Terrific!

Excellent place to stay during Mayo treatments. Top to bottom, the owners have thought of everything someone on the mend might need, yet the home is warm and inviting.. Adjustable beds, walk in shower, rocking chairs, throw blankets in the living room, guest bedroom with twins and private bath and last but not least, a 3.5 mile walking path through the woods and around the lake. I walked every day. The experience might have have been better but we are at a loss to figure out how.

Comfortable, cozy and convenient sanctuary!

My husband and I recently spent 5 weeks here while he was undergoing treatment for an aggressive cancer. We couldn't have been more comfortable here. The house is very new and absolutely spotless. There are plenty of towels and sheets and cozy blankets. The living room furniture is the best. So soft and everything reclines. The gas fireplace was so nice to have during the winter. We were very close to grocery stores and restaurants as well as a bookstore and clothing stores. Also we were 10-12 min from Mayo, which was important. Our girls came to visit for a weekend and they loved the house. We spent some lovely times cooking together in the convenient and well stocked kitchen. Did I mention the pantry? Oh my! It's huge and amazing! I really can't say enough good things about our stay. Jim and Cyrila were so easy to work with and Ramie who is the contact person in Rochester was available and responsive for questions. You will love this home!!

Awesome!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The owners have designed it with Mayo Clinic patients in mind and have thought of everything. It is homey and comfortable, easy access and very well furnished. We have stayed in other rental homes (at the beach on the east coast) and while they were nice, their kitchens were not as well furnished as the "Mayo house". The open kitchen/living room is a plus....I can work in the kitchen and still keep an eye on my patient. Also, it is a quick, easy drive to the Clinic. We have been here for about 2 1/2 months and it has been so good to have a "comfy home" to come to at the end of the day! Kudos to Jim and Cyrila Pycha!
