"Terrible parking conditions. People fell in parking lot. Everywhere else was cleaned off around streets/shops but hotel had not cleared off parking. Sidewalks were clear but at front of building it was just slush and so dangerous."

"Continental breakfast was fine, just like every other part of my stay here. Nothing shocking, just the bare minimum. "

"Hot tub wasn’t working, empty beer cans in the pool area, shower made loud scratching noises when running, drywall damage in rooms and halls, breakfast wasn’t maintained no forks or egg refilled the whole time we where down there to eat apple juice machine wasn’t cold. "

"Pool and hot tub are closed due to health and safety violations the sign on door to pool says,rooms and carpet very outdated-they need a remodel.Carpets in some areas smell bad."

"There was nothing in the kitchen. Breakfast was pre packaged muffins and coffee. We stayed 3 nights. The hall carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time and wasn't vacuumed while we were there. That was gross."

"Parking was right at the room door for the first floor, which is convenient, and the agent was great. For cons, the wifi didn’t work at all, the bed and pillows were pretty hard and they weren’t very comfortable. The agent did say that the cable company was coming to check it out, so maybe that will be resolved. "

"Breakfast options were great. More tables for 4 would be nice, most were for 2 unless you move tables around. We had a suite and it was plenty big for our needs. There is a grab bar to get into the shower but one anything to hold onto once in the shower, this makes it dangerous for a disabled person. This stay we also had loud upstairs neighbors that sounded like a herd of watet buffalo above us waking us up super early. Will still stay over and over for Mayo trips!"

"The kitchen was well equiped, and there is a water and ice machine in every floor. The hotel is in great condition and walking distance to every Mayo Clinic building."

"Staff was very nice. Booked a handicapped accessible room and it wasn't available upon arrival. Beds were very hard."
