L'Ilot – luxury villa on a private islet in Roches Noires

The islet is a 3100 sm.q rock located 100m from the shore in the Roches Noires Lagoon,
North East from the Mauritius Island. To get there, you will have to take a dock suitable for motor vehicle made of rocks and wood. Just on the sand and surrounded by filaos, this large villa of almost
300 sq.m is North West oriented, with the prevailing winds from behind.
The construction and decoration, elegant and contemporary , are in harmony with the
beauty of this extraordinary place: natural materials, stone, white or grey wood, concrete, stainless steel,
raw cloth, linen, and comfortable and adjustable furniture.
The islet offers an exceptional setting surrounded by the lagoon and facing the Northern Mauritius Islands,
Round Island, and Snake Island.
In front of it are small stone stairs going down to a kind of natural pool formed by the islet and two small neighbouring islands.
To the east, a very simple dock gives access to deeper waters.

Description: Inside, the house boasts:
- a double living room with a flat screen and satellite TV,
an iPod dock,

- a top-of-the-range kitchen equipped with a granite worktop, an oven,5 gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher, double fronted refrigerator, food steamer,and Nespresso coffee maker

- 4 bedrooms have the following layout:
the East Suite measures 26 sqm and has a bed of 180 cm, bathroom, WC,air-conditioning, private crank, flat screen television and safe.
The North Suite measures 22 sqm with a bed of 180 cm, that can be divided in twin beds, bathroom, WC, air-conditioning, private crank, and safe.
2 West Bedrooms (3 90 cm beds, air-conditioning) and South (160 cm bed air-conditioning, access to the outdoors) that can be a family suite with bathroom, and toilet.
The bedding is made of cotton percale and the islet has a large selection of pillows that can suits any
guest.
The house is fully covered by a wireless high speed and secure Internet access.

Amenities and equipments: Amenities:
The domestic staff is included in the rental price.
They will: wash and iron, dishes and cleaning of the house as well as
making breakfast and meals
American breakfast with many home made specialities (pancakes, cakes,
etc..). and local produce (yoghurt, fruits juice, etc..) are included in the rental price.
Upon arrival the guests will be offered a creole lunch and they will find basic goods for the stay
available in the villa.
House equipment:
2 plasma TV with French and English satellite TV
2 safes,
hair dryer in each bathroom,
washing machine and dryer,
and high quality crockery and cooking utensils.

Rates: For the Islet, rates vary depending on the number of people (of more than 2 years old) and the time of the year.

Low season from 01/05/11 to 30/09/2011 :
1 to 4 persons for 520 Euro/day, 5 to 8 persons (1) 720 Euro/day

High season from 01/10/2011 to 15/12/2011 and from 11/01/2012 to 30/04/2012
1 to 4 persons: 600 Euros/day, 5 to 8 persons (1) : 790 Euros/day

Pick season from 16/12/2011 to 10/01/2012 :
single rate, 1000 Euros/day

All prices are in Euros/ day, all charges included, and pleae ask us for any stay of more
than two weeks
(1) Maximum capacity of the house: 8 persons, of which no more that 6 adults (over 12
years old). Upon request, a ninth person can be welcomed at extra cost.

From December 16th to January 10th, the minimum stay is of 14 days.
For any other period of time, stays are for a minimum of 7 days starting on Saturdays from
1.00 pm and departures are on Saturdays, before 12.00 pm.
