Located near Bamford, it's just a 7-minute walk to Rochdale Town Centre, with tram links and a train station nearby offering fast access to Manchester. Great restaurants and local spots are just minutes away.

The Space:
This cosy home has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Inside, you'll find:

Two inviting double bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with soft bedding, storage space, and a calming atmosphere to help you unwind after a busy day.

A spacious bathroom featuring a full-size bath with shower, fresh towels, and essentials to make getting ready easy and stress-free.

An open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, filled with natural light — perfect for spending time together. The sofa easily converts into a bed, offering additional sleeping space for guests who don’t mind getting cosy.

The space comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests.

Bringing little ones along?
You’re very welcome! We’re always happy to host families with children, but please note that the home isn’t fitted with specific child-safety features such as stair gates, plug socket covers, or cupboard locks. If you're travelling with young children, we kindly ask that you supervise them closely during your stay.

Whether you're here for work or leisure, this home provides a warm and practical base with plenty of space to relax, recharge, and enjoy your time in the area.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: our next-door neighbour’s young child is currently unwell and usually in bed from 6pm. To be considerate, please no music outside by the hot tub and keep voices low in the evening. Also, the hot tub shouldn’t be used after 10pm. THE HOT TUB WILL BE CLOSING FROM THE BEGINING OF NOV FOR RELOCATION/SOUNDPROOFING.

Please note that this is only for the outside area and not inside where there is no issues with music or anything within a reasonable level.

We don’t want to spoil anyone’s fun—this home is best for couples and families rather than groups right now. If this doesn’t work for your plans, let us know straightaway and we’ll help with a free cancellation.

Guest Access:
Check-in is easy with a key code for self-access. That said, I'm local and available 24/7 should you need any assistance — just get in touch, and I’ll be happy to help.

This detached home is perfectly located for a relaxing break or a fun night out. Just a short walk away, the Bamford area offers cosy pubs, great restaurants, takeaways, and even a handy corner shop and garage. You’re also just a 7-minute stroll from Rochdale Town Centre, where you’ll find historic buildings, vibrant bars and clubs, a cinema, indoor golf, and easy MetroLink access into Manchester.

Looking for more entertainment? Within a 5-minute drive, you’ll find another lively area with McDonald's, KFC, tenpin bowling, a cinema, and more dining options — ideal for a fun family evening or casual night out.

For those craving fresh air and natural beauty, the area is surrounded by stunning countryside. Within a 5–10 minute drive, you can explore reservoirs, waterfalls, and scenic hill walks — perfect for stretching your legs and clearing your mind.

The home’s location offers the best of both worlds: enjoy peaceful surroundings with local attractions just steps away, and be in Manchester City Centre within 20 minutes. The train station is just 5 minutes by car, and the direct train takes around 10–15 minutes.

Being a detached property on a quiet street with only one neighbour, it’s great for socialising — most guests can enjoy drinks and good company without worrying about disturbing anyone.

Plus, you're within a 10-minute drive of the M62 and M60 motorways, and around 30 minutes by car into central Manchester, making this the ideal base for both city visits and countryside escapes.

Getting Around:
It is perfectly possible to get around the area on foot, by bus, the metro, train or car. Within 5 minutes in a car, you can access the M62 and M60 corridors and within 10 minutes the M6.

Manchester city centre is just a 10 minute train ride or you can take the Metro.

We want your stay to be as relaxing as possible, so here’s how hot tub access works:

The price you have paid includes the use of the Hot Tub as a complimentary service, however the Hot Tub in never available on a Wednesday as this is our cleaning day. There may also be other times it is not available due to previous guests leaving it in an unsatisfactory state, as we need 24 hours to clean, refresh and heat the Hot Tub.

Legal Notice – Hot Tub & Noise Regulations

In accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the Noise Act 1996, noise that causes a disturbance to neighbours can be investigated by the local council’s Environmental Health Department and may result in enforcement action.

To ensure compliance:

Hot tub use is strictly prohibited after 10:00 pm.

Quiet hours apply from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.

Loud voices, music, or gatherings outdoors during these hours are not permitted.

⚠️ Failure to comply with these requirements may result in:

* Immediate termination of your stay,

* Additional charges for breach of house rules, and

* Referral to local authorities for enforcement action.
