Die alten Stadtkerne sind in ihrer Mittelalteranmutung schön, aber sehr verlassen. Die Strände, die wir gesehen haben, sehr vom Hochtourismus geprägt. Muss man mögen. Landschaftlich von schön bis, naja, nicht so schön. Fazit - wer sich im Anwesen entspannen möchte, findet hier das Richtige. Unternehmungen sollten vorher gut geplant sein."

"Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer sehr gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Das Haus und der Pool waren ordentlich umzäunt, so dass die Kinder allein im Hof spielen konnten. Die Lage ist gut! Man bekommt die Schönheit der Abruzzen zu sehen und ist ebenso schnell in den Bergen, wie am Meer. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit."

"We were a group of 15 family and friends visiting the Abruzzo region and Villa Carlucci was just perfect. We cooked as a group almost every night and the long table in the kitchen was perfect for all of us to gather around. Dr. Carlucci was wonderful - very easy to communicate with and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and areas to explore. The Villa and grounds were beautiful and very well kept and we loved our stay! Highly recommend!"

"Es war einfach traumhaft, die Wohnung, die Aussicht, die Ruhe, der Pool, die Gastgeber….Die Casa della Zia liegt sehr abgelegen, aber es gibt einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen in der Nähe mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, vor allen Dingen die Abende auf der Terrasse. Wenn wir nochmal in die Abruzzen fahren, dann auf jeden Fall zu Peter und Julie."

"Casa Rosa was incredible!! The hosts, Joanna and Dave, were so helpful and their communication with us was exceptional. I would stay at Casa Rosa again in a minute!! The property itself was in such a great location, so close to a major city like Sulmona, but very peaceful and quiet. Enjoying a glass of vino on the rooftop terrace while watching the sunset behind the mountains was a definite highlight of our trip!! Thanks Joanne and Dave!"

"This is great spot if you want to get away from everything for a while. Contact with Mila was superb, the directions to the property made it very easy to find. The villa was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and extremely comfortable with panoramic views of the mountains. It's very quiet and easy to relax there. "very nice vertical house in center of old town. great location near restaurants and coffee shops. very clean. easy access and departure. not a property for people who struggle with stairs. hot water in showers is a little tricky. shower in one of the bathrooms needs a door, and washing machine could use some written instructions. overall, we enjoyed it, and recommend it with the few caveats already mentioned."
