The facilities are having a bathtub is a real plus. The restaurant features high ceilings and bright orange walls adorned with stylish artwork, creating a cheerful atmosphere. It was unfortunate that the door to my room was broken, forcing us to move rooms in the middle of the night. However, thanks to the quick thinking of “Anny” at the front desk, they upgraded to a nearby room, making the rest of our stay comfortable. “Tara” was also excellent. She listened carefully to my partner’s requests and recommended the perfect spots. The HARNN spa on the upper floor is superb. Guests receive a discount on spa treatments, so I highly recommend trying them out. Beyond the broken room key, I saw workers repairing public men's restroom while the door was left wide open. The lights in the women's restroom on the restaurant floor suddenly went out, causing a guest inside to panic and shout. In our room, using the shower caused the bathroom flood. The lighting system was based on "mood settings" rather than individual controls, making it impossible to adjust lights for specific areas—which was very inconvenient. It needs the switches that allow for individual light control. It would be helpful if more staff members spoke English. Requesting a taxi from the bell team was difficult and time-consuming. It is a bit far from the station, but if the issues mentioned above are addressed, I would certainly like to visit again.
