"Stayed for total eclipse and it was a perfect spot. One queen and two twins with large common space was just enough space for 4 adults and large dog. Kitchen was large enough to cook though we squeezed around a two seater round table. Large bathroom and laundry a big plus. Took full advantage of sunny days and accessed trans Canadian trail from the back door. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful value. Did not realize property was duplex but we never heard any other people."

"Our experience at the Canterbury Royale was to the highest level of attention. The cottage was inviting and was as if we were guests at a foreign location adorned with a beautiful arched pergola wrapped with mature grapes. "Clean and cozy with a very well stocked kitchen and excellent views. A number of small details made this cabin homey and convenient, like lots of places to hang wet towels, board games, and a plethora of throw blankets for snuggling on the couch after a cold day of skiing. An easy 10 minute drive from Bigrock Mountain with hosts who were very responsive. And did I mention a well stocked kitchen?? Our favorite rental to date (and there have been lots). A person couldn’t possibly be disappointed...

"Jana was awesome to work with. She made everything very easy! She was also very easy to get ahold of for any questions. The house is super clean and has everything you could need. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay close to Presque Isle without being right in town. Thank you again Jana!!"

"My wife and I booked this cabin to watch the April 8th, 2024 total solar eclipse. This was one of the best vacation decisions of our life, we thought we may have to hike a bit, but we were so pleased we could see it right from the deck of the cabin.
