3 bedroom 1 bath with a full remodeled kitchen and bath. Livingroom and balcony. With 2 private entrances and a digital entry system and all privacy will be respected. We offer spectacular views overlooking the beautiful Saint Clair River with a great view of our Canadian neighbors. Relax and watch Freighters that are a mere 300 feet off shore along with Cruise ships and yachts.enjoy horse shoes, cornhole or relax by a bonfire. Or a great view from the hot tub.

We really enjoyed our time here. The setup was great for the kids with plenty of options to keep them occupied. The host was also very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed for a smooth trip. We would definitely stay again.

Superb views, excellently maintained hot tub, and great communication/fast response from the owner. Helped arrange an accommodation when I arrived, having not realized the entire unit is a 2nd floor unit. I greatly appreciate how Ty worked with me to make our stay extremely pleasant and memorable! For an outing, we took the car ferry to nearby Harsen's Island. Many wins at this location!

If you love watching maritime traffic, this VRBO is a fantastic spot right on the St. Clair River. From the comfort of the hot tub, you can watch everything from pleasure boats and cruise ships to massive freighters passing by. It’s a truly relaxing and unique experience. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay while fishing Lake St Clair. We’ve stayed here multiple times over the years. The home is clean, very comfortable, and has great parking for a truck and boat. The view of the river is so peaceful!

We almost exclusively use vrbo when we travel. The view from this property alone made this one of the best properties we’ve stayed at. The owner was attentive and accommodating. We can’t say enough good about this house.

Just what I had hoped for . . .

The property was clean, comfortable and as described. We appreciated the smart TV's and the arcade and board games too. The cords with outlets and USB ports were very convenient throughout the space.The large living room TV and reclining sofas made for a great movie night. A few goodies were provided for us along with fixings for coffee. The large outdoor deck has plenty of seating space, a grill and my favorite, a hot tub (with towels provided). I enjoyed soaking while watching the freighters go by. We also spotted a cruise ship, a naval ship and ships going by in the dark of night. A fun novelty for us. The yard on the riverside was quite large. Consisting of a bonfire pit, picnic table and ample room for yard games which were available to use. Marine City is about four miles away with nice places to dine and shop. Watch your speed limit as the street signs change, we were paid a visit by a friendly copper. My husband got a speeding ticket. He was going 12 mph over, ticket was for 5 mph over and cost $85. Whoops! We ate at Little Bar Restaurant and Anita's, both were very good with fun seasonal cocktails. The upper floor living space, deck and yard was ideal for the four of us and we give this property four thumbs way up!

FABULOUS (as usual)

This was our 2nd stay here and it was just as FAB as the first time.. The house and the Location are just about perfect.. Ty (the host) is more than hospitable and the view from the upper balcony is one of the best for freighter watching. We are hoping to go back for our 3rd visit next year..

Not Whole Home, No Privacy

The good: we loved this location itself, very beautiful place with amazing fishing! The bad: we received a few calls from the owner wanting to know when we would be there. We arrived later in the evening to find out this listing is not actually the whole home. It is a duplex, and we apparently only rented the top floor that was 15 steps up to the living area. Luckily no one else was renting the lower space at the same time! The sliding glass door to get outside to the hot tub is broken! It took so much effort to open/close. The first morning we had left to go to breakfast to come back and find the owner inside with the doors open. He said that he needed to clean the lower lever so it would be ready for the next group in 3 days. Every day that we were here the owner would show up, each morning!! We felt rushed to leave, check out was at 11 he was there cleaning out the hot tub at 9:30 am. We really wanted to take one more soak before we left. The blankets/sheets smelled like sweat and had food on them when we arrived. The extra sets in the closet were clean so we just changed the bedding ourselves. I hate to leave a bad review but if I had read more reviews like this we would NOT have stayed here! We both truly felt so uncomfortable staying here!

Ty was attentive to guests’ needs including a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and a “pampered guest” amenity box for toiletry needs. The property had a nice view of the river and a spacious patio with hot tub (ample towels provided) for relaxation. It was a short driving distance to dining and shopping areas. Great place to spot the large freighters traveling through the Great Lakes region. Would stay again!

Great Getaway

We booked off season at the last minute to get away, and Ty was a welcoming host. Hot tub was excellent and very clean. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. If you want to stream some tv, you will enjoy the reclining couches. Beautiful area.

Nice Parking For All Your Toys

We had a small group stay here for a fishing weekend. Ample parking for all 3 of our rigs and could have easily fit a 4th. House was clean and had everything needed. If stairs are an issue for you this is not the place. I would recommended staying here to anyone looking for a place in this area.

Amazing experience at a magical location

Ty’s place exceeded our expectations. The view was awesome. The unit was very clean and full of nice complimentary items. The hot tub was exceptionally clean and already the perfect temperature. And our 11 year old rescue dog Toby was welcomed to stay with us. Which saved us money on boarding and made it feel like a family friendly outing.

Beautiful view and awesome host!

Very spacious and clean, can't beat the view and is very well stocked! We lost power due to a storm the first hour we were there and Ty (the owner) came out immediately and hooked up a generator until the power came back on about 24 hours later! Couldn't ask for better service than that! I would highly recommend staying here!
