"A few items in the apartment were broken like the microwave, the privacy door for the shower and the washing machine was not functional and would not drain or spin. "Better instructions are needed in the apartment on how to use the oven, adjust the heating, using the lights in the apartment complex, etc. A lot of the cookware provided was damaged or had evidence of being misused and the microwave door would not close, so much of the kitchen wasn't functional. "The location of the apartment on the Vrbo site showed it off Via del Bosco. I used WhatsApp to communicate with owners. The actual site is on Via Partigiani after exitying the traffic circle from Corso Dante. Eventually Clean BnB sent me a photo of thge building with arrows indicating the outside entry and the gate to enter the garage area. The gate was closed. After a long wait I learned that one of the keys on the keychain of apartment keys was needed to open the gate. I had a FIAT Panda...

"Hotel extremamente barulhento... Os corredores são de piso de cerâmica e cada pessoa que passa com mala de rodinha faz muito barulho. A divisão entre os quatros deve ser de papel, sem nenhum isolamento acústico. Acordei às 5 da manhã com algum hospede tomando banho, os canos e o barulho da água parecem dentro do quarto. As 6 da manhã conseguia ouvir com nitidez a conversa dos hóspedes de outro quarto... Em resumo MUITO BARULHO, ZERO ISOLAMENTO."
