📋 IMPORTANT DETAILS (The "Island Reality")
To ensure total transparency, please note the following:

⚡ Electricity: Power on Roatan is expensive. To keep our base rates competitive and encourage conservation, electricity is metered and charged at cost. Average stays range from $200–$800 depending on AC usage.

🧹 Cleaning: A $500 fee covers a mid-stay light clean and a deep post-checkout clean.

🚐 Airport Transfer: For stays of 5+ nights, we include one van/car for your group from the airport to the house (Not for AIR bookings).

💧 Water: Water is a precious resource on the island; we provide UV-filtered water throughout the home, but ask for mindful usage.
