The diner was below expectations - a lot of different meals but none of them tasty nor fresh; the breakfast was better. In the rooms the bathtub is very small like in normal japanese residences. The onsen is nice, with baths inside and outside, and individuals baths."

"We sayed in Moksa in september. Our shinkansen got significantly delayed, and my phone roaming stopped working, so I could not call and say we would arrive late for dinner. The staff were incredibly friendly, and were able to accomodate our dinner reservation. The food was delicious, the garden is a delight, and I wish we would have spent a few more days in this hotel. Loved it!"

"Incrível a experiência de se hospedar em um ryokan por um dia, e conhecer de perto os costumes japoneses. O onsen é excelente e bem relaxante. Eu senti falta de alguém para explicar como se comiam as comidas do jantar e café da manhã, pois eu fiquei perdida, por exemplo, sobre o que fazer com um ovo cru, não sabia que os japoneses comiam o ovo cru com arroz."
