Just 15 minutes from Lake Garda, on the slopes of Mount Baldo, on the right bank of the Adige Valley, lies a small village called Tessari, above which rises a steep, solid rock face—heavily eroded—featuring numerous sport climbing routes: this crag is also known as “La Grattuggia.” Chamois are at home here; clearly visible even up close, they scale these walls better than climbers. On a hill a short distance away, the Rivoli Fortress still seems to watch over the Adige Valley.



Between the river and the canals, nestled among vineyards dotted here and there with colorful roses, Villa Tessari is a modern and very welcoming home, featuring a lush garden that also includes a nice barbecue and playground equipment for children: this area is fully fenced, making it suitable for hosting four-legged friends as well. Access to the villa and the parking area is via a manually operated sliding gate; you can also park in an outdoor parking spot marked with blue lines reserved for residents, and you can enter the villa’s garden through a side gate as well.



From the garden, you reach the main entrance by climbing 6 steps; which opens into a large living room with laminate wood flooring, two three-seater sofas, two single sofa beds, a smart TV, and a terrace overlooking the garden with an awning; the living room opens onto a spacious, fully equipped kitchen featuring a 4-burner induction stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, table with chairs, and access to a covered terrace with a small table, offering views of the Valdadige and the courtyard behind the house.



From the living room, you reach the sleeping area by climbing three steps; on the left is a bathroom with a shower and a heated towel rack; a double bedroom with a terrace overlooking the garden, equipped with an awning. A second bathroom with a shower and a washing machine; to the right, a double bedroom with a window overlooking the inner courtyard; and a bedroom with two beds and a window overlooking the inner courtyard.
