Very spacious and met all expectations, nice bathroom with toothpaste, razor, deodorant, soap and shampoo all available. Similarly the new kitchen was well stocked with bread, butter, jam and eggs, tea, coffee and milk, not to mention the red and white wine and bottles of beer. "We stayed at no10 for 2 nights, and had a lovely stay.
We stayed in the Kensington suite and it was perfect.
Lovely and clean
Very spacious
Comfortable beds & pillows
And great location
Overall we had a wonderful time
The only downside was the WiFi strength however the room we stayed in was downstairs towards the back of the property which I think was the reason why it was so weak, however this did not dampen our stay one bit."

"Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!"

"Unfortunately another resident was up all night shouting and banging. We finally managed to sleep around 4am.
From the advertisement we thought it was the entire apartment but it was a very small room. "
