"This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property. Very spacious and met all expectations, nice bathroom with toothpaste, razor, deodorant, soap and shampoo all available. Similarly the new kitchen was well stocked with bread, butter, jam and eggs, tea, coffee and milk, not to mention the red and white wine and bottles of beer. "Easy to find. Clear instructions from the owner on how to get the key. Convenient for the railway station.
The room itself was compact but very clean and had everything we needed.
The only negative was how hot the room was. It had been a hot day and with being on the top floor, the room was very hot. There was little to no airflow from the windows. The fan was ok but just blew hot air around. Even in the morning when the outside temperature was reasonable, the room was still around 25/26...

"Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!"
