The location is in the old part of the city but close to trams, restaurants, and shops which made it a bit noisy at night. Our only real issue was the corruped Vrbo directions message which made it difficult to find. "

"Very relaxing property with 2 nice bedrooms with ample storage and 2 baths. Apartment on second floor; there is an elevator which we used for baggage. It is quiet. Large living room and beautiful view of the water from one bedroom and also the living room. The balcony was wonderful, perfect for relaxing with guests. "Foi tudo perfeito!!! A curta distância do Aeroporto e do centro de Nice esta Villa é um oásis de tranquilidade. Não se ouve qualquer ruído e é o ideal para relaxar após um dia de visitas na zona. "Great location, an easy walk to most sights. Great communication and a warm welcome by the host. The apartment was full of most of the things you could possibly need for your stay. Be aware this is an older apartment with character. Also if you are sensitive to noise or not used to apartment living it may not suit you."
